General Enquiry

Year 11 results day is 20 August 2020

Arrangements for results day:  we will be providing the opportunity for students to come in and collect their results from 10am - 12pm.  If a student would like to send someone on their behalf to collect the results or should a student wish to have the results emailed to them, it is vital that they email us at exams@hccat.net to confirm this and to clarify the email destination address/ or details of who will collect the results.

To enable social distancing we will be having staggered arrival times for students. These will be based on the first letter of the student’s surname:

A - E                     10:00am - 10:25am

F – J                      10:25am – 10:50am

K – O                    10:50am – 11:15am

P – T                     11:15am – 11:40am

U – Z                    11:40am – 12:05pm

September 2020 - Return arrangements

Transition meetings will be held as follows.  The booking system goes live on Edulink 4 September; parents/carers will receive instructions about how to book a few days prior to this.

Year 7 & 11 - Monday 7 September

Year 8 & 10 - Tuesday 8 September

Year 9 - Wednesday 9 September

All students will then return full time to the college on Thursday 10 September.  Students will need to arrive at 8.45am, in full school uniform and go directly to their mentor rooms.  From this date, students will be expected to enter and exit the site as follows: 


Year 9 and Year 11: Top main gate (nearest the high street) 

Year 10: Middle gate (opposite our main reception area) 

Year 7 and Year 8:Bottom gate (opposite the Sports Hall)
