Arbor
Arbor is a simple, cloud-based MIS (Management Information System). The Parent App and Parent Portal means we can keep you informed about your child’s life at school in a much more accessible way. Log into Arbor to see and update your child’s information.
Arbor can also be used to log a students absence on the day, however for any absences for future dates (such as a dentist appointment), must be emailed to .
There is a separate Student Arbor login for all students to access the homework assignments that have been set.

SchoolCloud
This is our Parents Evening video and appointment booking system that can be used from a mobile phone or tablet, allowing you to meet with each of your child’s teachers in the comfort of your own home.
ParentPay
The College operates a cashless system. ParentPay offers you the freedom to make secure payments online using your credit or debit card. These will include payments for:
- College visits – including completing consent forms
- Revision guides
- Canteen meals
Classcharts
Our student focused portal used to log students behaviour points and detentions.
We strongly believe that praise is the key to the success of every learner. Our aim is to increase self-esteem and raise achievement by rewarding adherence to the high standards of behaviour in the college community, and students have access to their own Classcharts account to see when they have been awarded behaviour points.
It is vital that all parents are aware of and have access to Arbor, ParentPay, SchoolCloud and Classcharts.
